Hello friends! I’m so excited to use this opportunity to share my upcoming story, A Kiss in Costume, with you. This Halloween themed romantic comedy is filled with prank wars, hilarious revenge, and all the chaos you’ve come to expect from an Eliza Romantic Comedy. It is also the first book in the Holidays in Heartsbrook series which is, you guessed it, a holiday romantic comedy series! I’m so excited for this small town and it’s cast of characters to grace your screens. I love them already and I hope you do too.
What It’s About
Alexander is ready to find love. But his socially awkward, analytical nature makes it hard to find just the right person. And when his analysis reveals he may be the problem in his relationships, he sets out to do what any math-loving nerd would do: solve the problem. Step one is to find a sexy costume for a masked Halloween party. And who better to help him than the prettiest girl Heartsbrook’s Haunted Halloween has ever seen?
Jaqueline’s determined to take back control of her life. After her ex used his influence to have her fired, she refuses to let him manipulate her into one more thing she doesn’t want to do or say or wear. And now that she’s found a new job, there’s only one thing left to do: get even. So when she lands face to face with a man who has exactly the security clearance she needs to enact her plans, it must be fate.
They are the perfect solution to each other’s problems. And it all seems so easy until their friendship of convenience develops into a love neither of them saw coming.

Why Here? Why Now?
As I continue to post new chapters on my Love Travels series, I wanted to work on something new and fun and appropriate for spooky season. I really want this to be something I can have fun with and something as a big GIANT Eliza-sized thank you to everyone who has helped me to get this far. Here’s to the past, the present, and the future of my chaotic hot mess characters and the unique ways they find love!
But unfortunately, Wattpad’s iOS app is currently DOWN for a lot of users, and I don’t want them to miss out. So I’ve posted the promised blurb and cover here and I’ll post the welcome chapter to Wattpad when the app is working for those readers. It’s the best solution I could come up with on such short notice!
