When the prompts came out for the Open Novella Contest, I had already decided I was going to participate. I only planned to write one novella in the twelve-week time limit, but when I saw the prompts, I quickly changed my tune. So many of the prompts looked so fun and I wanted to do probably 20 of them, but that didn’t seem feasible. So I limited myself to four.
One of those four novellas, Match Made, is quickly becoming one of the more fun stories I have written so far, so I’m excited to share it with you! I’ll share more about the other three novellas over the next two weeks, but you can find them all on my wattpad if you want to check them out now.

Chris and Aubrey always knew this day would come, but they didn’t think it would come so fast. When their parents sign a marriage contract on their behalf, they are thrown into a situation neither of them wants. The two unlikely allies must work together to keep up appearances as they try to find a way out of their marriage. Though their work lessens their distaste for the situation, it may not be enough to keep them together.
